What customers say?

“ I arrived 1 hour before opening on a weekend and i was the third person in line. Closer to the opening time, the line was massive and filled with locals. The gyoza was light and crispy and the skin was paper thin, making it feel like a healthier version of a gyoza - especially with the filling being predominantly cabbage. However, I did feel that it was a little bland as there was less meat/fats in the gyoza filling. The ramen was nice and light but nothing special. It was good, but I wouldn’t queue for an hour again. ”

“ The best gyoza we had in Japan! Everything about this place is memorable. We absolutely loved their food and service. Be prepared to stay in the line and know that the food is worth the wait. ”

“ I went here during a day trip to Hamamatsu last month. I’d heard it was very popular and that the ramen and gyoza here was worth trying….and I agree with all of that. I went there just after lunch time but there was already a long line and it took about an hour before I was even able to get in to the restaurant. They close at around 14:30 so best to get there earlier than I did in case the wait is long, it’s worth it in the end. Their gyoza were big and full of flavour while the ramen was hearty and a nice addition. You even get a portion of rice and some other condiments too so the whole meal was big and very filling. Recommended if you want to try Hamamatsu gyoza, or just to have a delicious lunch at a cheap price. ”
